We are a physician-led revenue cycle strategy partner
serving private practices, IPAs, MSOs, healthcare organizations, EMRs, and health-tech companies.
Structured systems. Clearer revenue. Better results.
Physician-led, HIPAA-compliant and backed by PHI insurance, we design efficient, financially aligned revenue systems that protect clinical focus and support consistent performance.

Our Approach
Revenue cycle is not a series of tasks. It is an ecosystem. We align eligibility, credentialing, coding, claims, payer strategy, A/R and patient calling into a single synergistic performance framework.
Stronger Collections

Clean processes that support timely, accurate reimbursement.
Fewer Denials

Structured workflows that prevent avoidable revenue loss.
Predictable Cash Flow

Focused execution across every stage of the cycle.
Clear Visibility

Meaningful KPIs, transparent reporting, and continuous refinement.
Our Model
We prioritize precision over volume.
Clients receive coordinated support from our experienced billers, certified coders, dedicated account managers, trained front desk help and aggressive A/R specialists.

Exclusive access to Dr. Joshi
Our clients get assured one-on-one sessions with our physician-founder Dr. Renu Joshi, for revenue strategy – a crucial differentiator.

EMR-Agnostic Execution
We work seamlessly across major EMR platforms, adapting to existing systems while strengthening revenue performance.

Multi-Specialty Capability
Our teams support multiple specialties and subspecialties, including complex longitudinal care models such as OB-GYN, Orthopedics, and Oncology.

Founder
Pract-Eaze
Built by an OB-GYN with deep clinical and executive training, and real-world experience of private practice and healthcare systems.
For over two decades, my work has focused on obstetrics and minimally invasive surgery. At UPMC, I contributed to initiatives in obstetric safety, robotic surgery, and outpatient innovation, where I recognized that OB GYN is one of the most clinically comprehensive and operationally complex specialties, spanning multiple care settings and layered reimbursement structures. It is both a clinical and a structural challenge.
This understanding became personal when I entered private practice and founded Joshi WomenCare during COVID 19. I saw how healthcare organizations were limited by systems not designed to support them.
As a physician advisor to billing organizations, I identified a persistent lack of communication and understanding between clinical care and revenue operations.
Pract-Eaze was built as a strategic solution to bridge that gap. I believe that revenue cycle management is not transactional. It is foundational to stability, visibility, and long term performance.
I have also built physician communities, including SAWPNA with over 6000 members and a 1000 member OB GYN private practice network.
My work sits at the intersection of medicine, business, and innovation, supported by an Executive MBA from the University of Pittsburgh Katz Graduate School of Business and training through the Harvard Medical School program, “AI in Healthcare: From Strategies to Implementation”.
My mission is simple: to help physicians, healthcare organizations, EMRs, and health tech companies build systems that are clinically strong, financially sustainable, and aligned with the care they deliver.
Because I have been there. And I built this for all of us.
